Key Deliverables: Requirements & Planning: Documenting functional and technical specifications, aligning on priorities, and creating a development roadmap.Development: Implementation of agreed features for iOS and Android platforms, including integration with necessary APIs and back-end services.Post-launch Support: Bug fixing, updates, and ongoing improvements based on user feedback.

The team’s project management was generally effective. Most deliverables were completed on time and aligned with the agreed roadmap, though there were occasional delays in certain milestones. Importantly, when timing issues occurred, the team communicated proactively and adjusted priorities to minimise the impact.
In terms of responsiveness, they were attentive to our needs, open to feedback, and flexible in implementing changes.

• Proactive suggestions: While the team responded well to our requests, more proactive recommendations early in the process would add extra value.

The project execution exceeded our expectations, and we were highly satisfied with their performance throughout the engagement. Although Igniscor’s services were competitively priced, and the quality of the delivered products fully justified the investment, there remains a slight opportunity to enhance overall cost efficiency or provide additional value-added insights for future engagements.

What challenge were you trying to address with Igniscor?

We needed help auditing our .NET MAUI mobile app and providing a list of recommendations. We also needed help with performance optimization and fixing memory leaks.

Igniscor audited our mobile app and provided a document with recommendations. The team also remediated the issues they found, including fixing memory leaks.

We worked with two teammates from Igniscor.

Someone referred Igniscor to us. We chose them because they provided a comprehensive service for mobile development and consultancy.

We worked together from December 2024–January 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Igniscor delivered a stable mobile app to our end users. The app became fast, stable, and robust. Screens loaded faster, and we reduced the number of crashes and ANRs.

How did Igniscor perform from a project management standpoint?

Igniscor delivered on time. We communicated via email and Microsoft Teams chat.

Igniscor’s skills to perform performance optimization for the legacy app were impressive.

We needed to port a library from Android to .Net and the deliverable was a binding library that could be used in Xamarin Forms to communicate with a USB device.

The working binding library. We did two or three iterations until we got to a successful completion. Pavel was very efficient with getting to the result. Also helped with testing to get the system working.
