What challenge were you trying to address with Idievo Inc?

We needed virtual assistant support for our day-to-day operations at Kennedy News and Media. Our main goal was to free up our internal team's time by delegating administrative tasks, research, data management, and general operational support to a reliable remote professional. We wanted someone who could quickly understand our workflow and keep things moving without constant supervision.

Idievo Inc handled a range of virtual assistant tasks for us on an ongoing basis. The scope included administrative support, email and calendar management, online research, data entry and organization, document preparation, and general day-to-day task coordination. Main deliverables were organized files and spreadsheets, researched information compiled into actionable formats, and well-managed communications. They also managed Google Sheets, provided weekly reports, handled YouTube video management and SEO, and supported workflow management. Everything was delivered on time, and we were always kept updated on progress.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest measurable outcome was time saved—over 20 hours per week. Tasks that used to take our internal team hours were handled by Idievo Inc, allowing us to focus on our core work. Our response times improved, projects that had been delayed were completed, and we saw fewer errors and missed deadlines. While we didn't track formal KPIs, the day-to-day experience improved significantly: tasks were completed faster and more consistently, communications were managed promptly, and our operations became more efficient overall.
