I am an orthopedic surgeon in Seattle specializing in shoulder surgery. I am in private practice in a highly competitive region.

For what projects/services did your company hire iDesignYours, and what were your goals?

I hired iDesignYours to help me with SEO, specifically to put me on the first page of Google searches for key words such as Seattle shoulder surgeon and Seattle rotator cuff repair. My main goal was to increase the number of potential patients who found my website and for that to translate into increased new patient volume.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found Phil on a website for freelancers. He had glowing reviews by multiple customers, primarily attorneys. I actually called called one of the attorneys who had given him an amazing review and asked directly for his opinion on Phil’s work. The attorney could not have been more positive and glowing in his review. I reached out to Phil immediately after that.

Phil was charged with all of the SCO for my website with a focus on specific keywords. Within a couple of weeks, my website ranked in the top three on Google for multiple keywords. His results were extraordinary and I could not have been more pleased.

I worked directly with Phil the entire time.

The project has been incredibly successful. My website ranks at the top of Google for multiple keywords and this has translated into increased traffic on my website with increased patient volume. I am able to track how many patients find me through my website and this has increased steadily as a result of Phil‘s work.

They are excellent communicators and do a great job keeping me posted on their work and progress. He updates me with emails multiple times a week and is incredibly responsive to any questions I had, responding same day and typically within a couple of hours max.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Phil was very upfront in terms of not making any guarantees but providing a reasonable estimate of what he would be able to accomplish. He far exceeded my expectations and his results were almost immediate once he began work on the project.

Nothing that I can think of.
