BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the general manager for an IT software house that works with clients through LATAM, USA and Europe.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Ideograma, and what were your goals?

We needed to re-brand our company as we had an image that didn't represent the best of us, we had to change our whole concept and be disruptive in a market such as IT where the competition is so strong with little differentiators.

SOLUTION

How did you select Ideograma?

I know Ideograma's General Director as a friend and I have always admired their work before I joined the company. They have made the greatest brands I know and I wanted ours to be developed by them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

Their analysis team made a deep dive into our company from founders, to directors, to managers to employees to better understand how we are seen from the inside to the outside and vice versa, then they made a market analysis to make a different brand that would match with our name that was difficult to change.

So we had the challenge to mix our name, with a cultural fit and technology.They made that possible

Around 6. Analysts, designers and managers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes are already published in all our sites and offices, already printed and launched a new brand party for the team in January 2022.

They have great management and their steps are very clear towards the goals we seek.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to abstract ideas and turn them into amazing designs was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm happy all the way with the work they did from start to finish.
