What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our collaboration improved, with meeting spaces and open zones being used more frequently and effectively. Cross-team interactions rose by 30%, measured through project logs and team feedback. Additionally, workspace comfort ratings rose from 6.5 to 8.9 out of 10, showing a strong positive response to the redesign.
