A financial marketplace was created by iCentric Agency.  They started by guiding us through a discovery process in which we explained our goals for the project.  After that, they assisted us in visualizing our target audience and determining why they would utilize the marketplace.  After we worked it out, they assisted us in designing the technological architecture of our platform and the technical design of the entire stack, which included front end and back-end development, APIs, and more.

They also assisted us in obtaining competitive analysis so we could understand what other businesses were doing that was comparable to ours.  We were able to identify what we truly wanted to be and what we wanted to stay away from on our platform by doing that.  They then gave us preliminary designs for all of our sites, which included making our buttons, screen views, forms, user journeys, and logic.  By doing this, we were able to determine the entire process from beginning to end for both front and back end interactions, as well as how our users would register and configure our platform. The group is now working on expanding the platform's functionalities.

People can use our web tool to locate the ideal physician for their need.  It has unique search parameters for specialty types and locations.  Additionally, particular roles and expertise levels are highlighted by the sorting feature.

After conducting some design study, their team gave me a selection of template possibilities.  After the text was flawlessly revised, it was placed on several pages and each hyperlink was examined.  Since then, they have added content to our website as needed.

 Since we are a business hotel, the majority of those who want to make reservations do so online.  To encourage prospective clients to discover more about the property, the amenities we offer, and the type of clientele we service, we employ Google AdWords.  We also accept reservations online.

 I don't have a technological background, therefore I'm not sure what technology is used on the website.  For our SEO, we recently hired iCentric Agency.

30% to 40% of our business is now done online. Previously, the majority of our business was done over the phone or in person.  Both the number of reservations and the size of our website have grown.

 I discovered that other websites in our market gave our old website an antiquated, straightforward appearance with less design diversity.  The website's redesigned graphical user interface was desperately needed.

 Once we finished the site, we had a good response.  Additionally, Google AdWords has made it possible for us to track our visitor creation more effectively.

About 20% of the project involved content changes, while the remaining 80% was finished on schedule.  The app is more specialized, while our website was more general.

 iCentric Agency offers project templates with feature checklists that aid in estimating based on the required labor, skill, and cost.  The estimate would be different if there was a function, like geotagging, that I didn't require, giving me as a consumer transparency.

 If I had spoken to someone other than my main contact, I might have gained more insight into their project management.  But everything went smoothly, and I got the desired outcomes.  Because they were mentioned in emails, I learned who else was participating.

I don't remember using any project management software.  WhatsApp was used for more urgent ideas and concepts, whereas email was used for everyday correspondence.  We were able to handle the project with just these tools because my requirements were minimal.

We can simply move our outdated software to the new online environment thanks to a framework and set of rules developed by iCentric Agency.  We used to run MySQL Server for the database, and we still do. 

 We continue to use Visual FoxPro on the front end, with some components operating in C.  A new user interface is being established by the team.  In order to have something that the clients would recognize, we provided them with some fundamental rules based on the previous program. 

 The new interface was then made from the ground up.  We're almost finished, just finishing up a few little bug patches.

Yes, iCentric Agency finished the first concept/scope that we started with.  The impact was so great that we are already making big changes to serve the worldwide market as well as the Latin American market.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The SOW was well-defined from the start, including all of the tasks, deadlines, and milestones.  The project always goes without a hitch.  Due to certain problems on our end, there were delays.  Additionally, there were some modifications to the original scope, but everything went smoothly.
