Tracking your mobility carbon emissions should be easy and accessible for everyone. We noticed that existing solutions relied on manual work and estimates, making it a hassle for people to measure and understand their carbon footprint. So, we decided to build Iris, a data-first tech company that uses deep learning and AI to automate this process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Introducing a groundbreaking Mobile apps that seamlessly blends environmental awareness with cutting-edge technology. At the heart of the app lies its ability to automatically detect and record a user's trip, identifying the specific mode of transport used, be it by car, train, bus, subway, or plane. But it doesn't just stop at detection. 

The app goes a step further by calculating the CO2 emissions associated with each journey, offering users real-time insight into their carbon footprint. As environmental concerns take center stage globally, this app empowers users to make conscious travel choices, acting as a personal carbon audit tool in the pocket. Ideal for eco-conscious individuals and businesses alike, this app is more than just a tracker—it's a step towards a greener future.
