I had been using IBR Infotech for years for other projects and already trusted and had confidence in them. Mohammad runs the show and he does what he says he will do and is always very responsive to my requests.

There were many steps and deliverables over the described time frame. We set up a project management process and the IBR team worked very well with the process.

They got the project done on time and on budget. This project was part of an expansion of our company. This new company has been successfully launched.

They followed our lead on this. We set up our own spreadsheet style project management tools that were shared in a secure Google drive. No problems. It worked well.

Mohammad made sure they did what they said they would do. It was impressive because many people find it difficult to do this basic thing.

I'm sure there is...but I cannot remember anything at this moment.

We launched the product for 2 months and using it in our day to day routine. It is very helpful in solving our inventory management issues. We saved a lot of time and effort by having this software.

Their project management skills is good. We communicate using Skype and email to have updates on development.

We had direct access to them. It made us easier to work with them and explain our problem to get best solution.

Their work quality and delivery timing are good but there is always space for improvements. It's better if they can improve their documentation skills which they are working on.

Our owner Cindy, worked with IBR extensively to build out the entire platform, I have worked with them over the last six months on a project to build out a new section.

The project I am involved in required us to map out a new data provider, update the mapping to existing fields within our platform, and then build out an entirely new section. This meant translating the data table and field names to the new provider, ensuring that the results were accurate, and then formatting the additional data into an easy to read format.

The mapping for the existing fields was handled through a shared Google docs spreadsheet, we all updated it daily and added notes and results. Then for the new sections, I mapped everything out in Excel and then cut and pasted it into a PowerPoint for reference.

I have only been working with Mohammad.

I just received this today from a client: Hope all is well! I am so loving all of the new data points added to 360! I have started to add my notes from the college conversations that I have attended! So happy to have them all organized and all in one place!

Communication is very easy, and Mohammad makes sure that there is a clear understanding on both sides on how to proceed. Communication is through email, Trello, and Whatsapp. We speak daily and everything is proceeding according to our schedule.

Mohammad is such a pleasure to work with and can do anything. He has never said "No that's not possible" We are very fortunate to work with him and receive many compliments on our platform thanks to him.

We also wanted to create a lasting relationship with our developer who can stay with us for all future development projects, maintenance, and problem-solving.

After searching through many profiles, I decided on IBR Infotech mainly due to the high level of positive reviews. Each review expressed true talent and trust in the team, as well as excellent customer service and a professional, trusting attitude by the owner.

IBR Infotech has worked on many projects for us over the past three and a half years. They have developed the following features for our platform: Calendar system, multi-level communication systems, video library, multi-level task systems, payments, forms, multi-user platforms (end-user and IEC platforms), university data with student comparison, email and text integrations, and so much more.

We had four team members. One Designer, two developers, and one tester.

The IBR Infotech team has more than met our expectations. They have designed, developed, and tested a modern platform that our users absolutely love. They have an extremely fast response rate on all issues, even with the timezone difference. Their customer service is outstanding and I have enjoyed working with them and will continue to work with them on our future projects.

The IBR Infotech team is easy to work with, and in fact, very responsive. Many of our objectives are communicated through Trello, and we meet via zoom whenever necessary.

The team leader, Mohammad, is willing and able to meet with me whenever I request and he always seeks to truly understand the scope of each new project or issue. His communication style is effective, and he is always kind and courteous.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I have been most impressed with regarding the work we are doing with Mohammad and his team is the level of human kindness that has been displayed over the past few years.

Although this started out as simply a business transaction, I now feel that Mohammad is as much a part of our team as the local team and that Mohammad cares about the success of our company as much as we do.

I am also extremely impressed with the level of talent and work ethic displayed by the IBR Infotech team. Combine the two, and we feel we have found the perfect solution for our development needs. We look forward to continuing this relationship for years to come.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In all honestly, there is nothing I would ask to change from IBR Infotech. In the very beginning it took me a bit of time to learn how to work effectively with a contracted developer rather than an employee., but this was on my end, not theirs.

This entire process has been a valuable learning opportunity for me as a business owner, and Mohammad has made it easy for me to choose to stay with his contracted services.

I worked on several small projects with IBR Infotech and built trust with every project. They are very responsive, clear, and efficient. They quickly respond to fixes and are flexible in implementing projects by phase so we can make changes on the go.

The latest project with IBR Infotech involved creating a sankey diagram showing the items that a user has available to give or that the user wants to get. IBR also created a sankey diagram for these items to help users navigate other items entered by other users. D3 is the main language for the data visualizations.

I work primarily with Mohammad and my experiences have all been great.

The website is close to becoming public, as soon as IBR finishes the Login functionality. I expect many users to find the interactive sankey diagram of wish and gift items very useful.
