We engaged Hypnotica to develop a complete brand identity system for MeiCook as we prepared for international expansion. The scope included visual identity, packaging design, brand voice, digital assets, and ongoing creative consultation. We needed a brand that could bridge our German roots with a global audience—fresh, bold, and ready for scale.

No major issues. If anything, a bit more structure in the early phases around documentation and decision checkpoints might have helped us move faster—but overall, the collaboration was smooth and effective.

We turned to Hypnotica after several failed attempts to find the right marketing and branding partner, and they completely exceeded our expectations. From day one, they took the time to really understand who we are and what our restaurant is all about. Along with a beautiful logo, they built a full brand identity and story that felt thoughtful and genuinely meaningful.

Their key deliverables included a beautiful brand book, logo, messaging, and brand elements. They also created all of our marketing collateral, packaging, and social media content. On top of that, they managed our social media in a way that actually brought results. We saw a clear boost in brand awareness and a noticeable increase in new customers.

With us being busy with the rest of the restaurant setups, we could really count on them to deliver their work on time and in a way that exceeded our expectations.

Before we even opened, Hypnotica’s pre-launch campaign generated a lot of buzz around the city. We had people coming up to us asking when we were opening, which was really exciting and gave us a strong start from day one.

Our social media engagement also went up noticeably—more followers, more interaction, and much more reach. Most importantly, we were attracting exactly the type of customer that we were hoping to attract.

By the time we turned to Hypnotica, we had already lost a lot of time working with other agencies that didn’t work out. That meant Hypnotica had to pull off a full branding identity and marketing strategy in a very tight timeframe, and they absolutely delivered.

The team worked overtime to make sure everything was done on time, and they never compromised on quality. In fact, they were the ones keeping us on track—pushing for meetings and following up on feedback and deliverables. Teir project management was super organized, proactive, and reliable. We always felt like we were in good hands.

Instead of us having to ask for more or push for new ideas, they were always one step ahead, bringing fresh concepts to the table that we hadn’t even considered.

It really felt like they were just as invested in our brand as we were. That level of care and initiative is something you don’t come across often.

I can't think of anything.
