I’m the CEO and founder of Visbiliti. We’re a social network where users share and stream videos about the causes that they’re passionate about like climate change, sustainability, hunger, and food insecurity.

We needed a partner to develop our mobile app. We wanted to create a platform that’s exclusively designed to give them visibility.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Hyperlink Infosystem developed our mobile app for iOS based on the wireframes that I designed. They called us via Skype to conduct a requirement analysis. Their team told me which requirements were feasible. We came to an agreement and then started the project.
They’ll also provide two months of support following the app’s launch. Hyperlink Infosystem will also build the platform’s Android version.

We'll launch the app tomorrow, and it’s fantastic. I’ve given it to friends, family, a board member, and an advisor. Hyperlink Infosystem created phenomenal designs. The app’s simple and easy to navigate.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
Hyperlink InfoSystem’s transparent and responsive. I like their structure. One person’s in charge of the project and another person’s in charge of the finances.
The project consists of 4–5 milestones. After each milestone, I approve of the deliverables and send an email to the individual who manages the business side of the project. Then, they issue an invoice and I pay for the milestone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were committed to creating the app that I wanted. They went above and beyond to accommodate any changes that I requested. It’s impressive how they work with me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’s not clear that they provide support services apart from the two-month support on their website.

Be transparent with them. They’re committed to your vision. It’s not going to help if you keep ideas or opinions from them. Don’t be afraid to tell them the changes you want to be made.

I was looking for app development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Hyperlink InfoSystem provided me with the phone number of one of their customers who was building an app. I reached out to the customer and talked to them, which gave me what I needed.
They then put together a project proposal that had their information, how long the project would take, the scope of the project. From there, they began developing the app, helping me understand what I was looking for in terms of the app.
What is the team composition?
I work with two teammates: a financial teammate and a developer.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I found them on Clutch, along with two other companies. Initially, I was going to pick another vendor, but after talking to some of Hyperlink InfoSystem’s clients, I decided on them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
They began working on the app in August 2019. They’ve completed most of the work but we’re now working on getting the app to beta testing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Hyperlink InfoSystem helped me with my vision. There were times where I felt like I was stuck creatively. In the initial digital packaging, they said that they would come up with most of the ideas and they did exactly that.
The team pushed me towards reaching a goal as far as coming up with an ideal icon. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Additionally, they helped me realize exactly what kind of app I wanted, which I didn’t know before.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
Hyperlink InfoSystem works at my pace and doesn't rush me when I am taking too long. We communicate via email and Whatsapp. Additionally, they use Zoho for project management, which is great because everything is documented there.
What did you find most impressive about them?
When we first started working together, it was clear that Hyperlink InfoSystem was committed to doing what I wanted while working at my pace. The project has taken close to a year to complete, which normally isn’t the case. But that’s because we were working at my pace.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Because of the time difference, we’ve had some communication challenges. However, given these circumstances, they’ve done great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure you know exactly what you want and don’t feel like you have to give a generic answer just to move onto the next stage. If you do this, it could lead to some discrepancies. Don’t assume that Hyperlink InfoSystem knows exactly what you want.
I did this, and it made the project take much longer. I plan to work with them again in the future because I’ve learned how to communicate with them.

We were given access to their Online management tool Zoho app, which was great to work with the team. They were providing us all reports and updates in that platform which has kept all our discussion for development in a single window. Mr. Deep, the project manager assigned to our project was very proactive and has helped us throughout the development duration in phase 1.

The most impressive thing about Hyperlink InfoSystem's team is their dedication and providing the right solution to their clients. The other companies we had discussion before were mainly focusing on commercial part and less on product understanding. We hired Hyperlink InfoSystems for the development of our real Estate Mobile App. Namibia is slowly but surely catching up to the rest of the world on the tech front, but our project was a bit complex and we needed the experience of a company like Hyperlink InfoSystems that has developed thousands of apps and has a team dedicated to your project.
What were your goals for this project?
The goals for our app is total disruption. To quote Jack Ma “You don’t have to be the best, just first to market”. We are not first to market, thus need to be the best to create an immediate impact to establish our position in the Namibia Market. '
The goal is not only developing a beautiful app but a user-friendly platform which with next stages of feature add-ons be a one stop shop for real estate buyers and sellers. Hyperlink InfoSystems is busy putting us in the strongest possible position to reach our set goals.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We were on the brink of singing a deal for the development of our app with a company in South Africa, which is much closer and we’d have more oversight on the development. Sorting out the final details, we found out that costs were included that were never discussed which put the project cost way our of our budget.
A quick google search for the best app development company in India, through out Hyperlink InfoSystems. We made contact with them through their website and almost immediately a call was scheduled to go over the requirement of the app and for quotation which fit right into our budget.
Describe the project in detail.
Once we hashed all the financials and approved the project proposal, we received from Hyperlink InfoSystems, I scheduled and traveled to India to meet with the Hyperlink team in person to go over all the detail of the app.
Three weeks after my return we received 2 design proposals which was beautiful, but not quite what we wanted. After a few discussions and 3 days later, we received a final design which was everything we visualized it to be. We recently received ass video of the apps progress and this far has more than met our expectations.
What was the team composition?
Initially, a sales person, Hardik made contact with us and when I traveled to India, I met with Hardik and Hyperlinks Business Analyst Karishma to go over the details of our project.
A development team and project manager, Uresh were assigned to our project and form which point on we make contact with him concerning our project. Even though we mostly make contact with Uresh, Hardik and Karishma is always available to assist with anything that we might need.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our app is currently still in development and expecting our first draft within the coming weeks. With the video demonstration of the app and its progress, can without a doubt say that we couldn’t have made a better decision on choosing Hyperlink for the development of our app as the current results are better than expected.

I traveled to India because I wanted to ensure that there was no miscommunication between our team and theirs regarding all the intricate details of our app because of language barriers. To my surprise, this wasn’t an issue I had to concern myself with as the Hyperlink team is well spoken in English, and as expected by prestigious company like Hyperlink I was received with professionalism and friendliness.
I had the unexpected pleasure to meet the owner of Hyperlink, Mr. Harnil Oza who took time out of his busy schedule to come introduce himself and to ensure I had everything I needed.

Upon signing up, we were given a full project scope with a detailed timeline of the project which was updated throughout the process. The website was built with customers in mind first. This involved a database of CVs which we could later build on for the employers to find relevant candidates. Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The speed of the project was a huge benefit to our business, rather than hiring several developers via various HR Agencies and managing them in-house, it was a much more financially viable solution to outsource everything at a cheaper cost and get the job completed in a shorter time.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Our account manager was very supportive and provided any and all the required information which we requested in a timely manner. They were very hands on. Our preferred method of communication was via a Skype group which the team managed dispite switching from their CRM they usually use to manage projects. There were no language issues, everyone with whom we spoke had very good knowledge of English.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The size and speed of the company is it's main strength. The development team worked tirelessly to complete the project before the deadline and made sure that everything had been built to a very high standard before passing it over.
Are there any areas for improvement?
If Hyperlink InfoSystem had a better design team we would have given them the complete project to work on, however we felt using another London based company would have a better impact in the longer run. We also outsourced the text and copywriting, however we have never asked Hyperlink InfoSystem to do this for us so we are unable to comment on the quality.

The only email I got that whole month was to around the 15th of October to inform me they will be taking Diwali at the start of November.

How quickly and insistently they ask for money and how they move past deadlines with the slightest care or bother.

It's very clear that they don't really care about the client, so maybe if they start doing that the rest will fall in place.

The project is being done in phases. We’re currently going through the first part, and they’re starting to work on the next two. I’ve also requested them to do additional work on one of my other projects.

We were having challenges with one individual, but since he’s been taken off of the project, things have been better. We now have a different point of contact.

Initially, their quality of work wasn’t bad; there just wasn’t as much as I’d expected, which is why I left my first review. There were just some features that we asked for that weren’t built in.
But I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Now, they’ve made all of these promises, committed additional resources, and shown that they want to provide good services. To me, that’s outstanding, considering how other companies would just leave us hanging.
We’re now looking at their performance in the second phase of development to see how they do. They’re looking better so far.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
There are daily check-ins to see where we are and what’s happening. That’s helped boost the speed of the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Like I’d said before, their past products and designs looked professional. And, now, I’m getting the quality that I was looking for initially.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We haven’t set any timelines in our agreements, so it would definitely help if we could establish a schedule and adhere to it. Adding that as a standard contract point would be useful.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Set the timelines in the contract and hold them to that. It can be difficult to follow, especially since the client can also cause delays, but there should be a line in the contract about scheduling expectations.

I hired Hyperlink for the App & website development. The project was given to them as a challenging one as the features and scenarios were too many and some business case were over lapping in nature. The intelligence was sought from Hyperlink Team on the different scenarios and as to how to keep the core proposition intact for users. App was made on the Idea to upload Pig Profiles of our loved ones, tag their location, give them PIG U's, upgrade their category, have discussions and make them participate in various levels of contest. Additionally, App to offer features like Anonymous Message & Disclosed Identity & Feed section for sharing Videos, pics etc. Also, dedicated section on Merchandise was also given. Payment gateways and wallet payments were also to be incorporated.
What were your goals for this project?
Primary goal for the App was to give users a platform where they can ease off their stress and engage with whopping amount of fun. Another goal was to offer users something (Social Networking) which is different, fun loving and ensures cash and other exciting prizes.

My parameter to search in and finalize any vendor is the attitude & willingness to understand the product at inception stage. Hyperlink Info System UI always looks impressive but I believe in not judging the book by its cover. So, I had initial discussions with the team and gave them some very complex scenarios, the good thing which prompted me to get more closer in terms of finalizing Hyperlink was not just to understand product by them but to come up with some more very important scenarios which probably got missed out by me. This actually showcased their ability to deep dive into the product requirement and come up with more and more questions which actually helped me in fine tuning product note.

Everything was systematically done right from beginning, in two weeks entire UI mock up was sent to me with different options. Weekly Skype calls with Project Head and in between regular calls helped maintained my confidence and kept the momentum going in terms of getting a flawless delivery. App Builds were regularly shared by the team with corrections and changes. Anything which got missed out to be mentioned in product note was also done and I always remember Hyperlink for the same. It speak volumes for a company who is willing to go out of the way to help clients and move towards building a long lasting business relations.
What was the team composition?
The main contact point was Project Head who always ensured to have his team sit in all discussions. The team was involved in all important discussions with Project Head spearheading discussions. UI member, Android & iOS along with team to manage admin panel.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The App took off in market very recently and got well accepted by users. However, due to market demand and business call, new name of App is under development with some more features. App to go LIVE by this month end.

Excellent communication through out the development phase, never felt to be left out on important and urgent discussions.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Amazed to see the professionalism, work ethics, client's friendly approach right from Top Management, Super supportive CEO who was always available for any urgent discussions.
Always found the CEO to be considerate and reasonable on important points. Hyperlink's ability to offer the client a comfortable experience is what makes this company special to me.
Be it any App Development company, defects & issues are bound to come but what makes a difference is the attitude and quick fixing of issues to give users the perfect flawless product experience.
Brain storming is yet another trait of Hyperlink's team, I always found them to be equally involved into the product and come up with suggestions for making App more impactful. Also, the approach to accept if something has been wrongly done has impressed me a lot.
I would like to highlight Project Head excellent working style who always highlighted his team good work, be it any good work and valuable suggestion given by his team, it was always communicated to me. Giving credit to the team speaks sky high for the culture and work ethics which flows from top management to bottom.
Are there any areas for improvement?
When the nature of a product development is complex and requires more intelligence then timelines are bound to get extended. For me, getting the perfect product for which I should be proud and confident of launching in market place is imperative. No such areas of improvements to be mentioned, I would have mentioned few had the team not worked on my suggestions and changes, it was a fantastic journey with team Hyperlink.

We built a supermarket and food delivery app called Supermarco with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Users are able to place orders to nearby supermarkets for delivery. Their team thought through all types of scenarios, turning my idea into a fleshed-out project plan. For example, they decided what the app would do if a customer cancels an order.
They started with design and creation. That was followed by creating a prototype, which involved a lot of collaborative UI/UX work. From there, they coded each page of the app into a central platform. We tested for a couple of weeks before launching.
The app is available for iOS and Andriod. They made separate apps for consumers and supermarkets. Additionally, they also created a static webpage and admin panel.
What is the team composition?
During negotiations, I spoke to two members of the team. When the development began, we ramped it up to 5–6 members. We had one project manager and a lead developer.
