The HyperGrowth team performed a variety of work; routine bug fixes & adjustements to some complex feature enhancements and data architecture revisions.

Measureable outcomes were essentially completions of the tasks I either assigned or SOW's we co-developed, reviewed, and approved. For more complex work, this also include milestone achievement like getting a testing phase set up for me.

Project management is pretty solid and managed via Discord and via Zoom meetings. We set up a shared doc for me to add general SOW's/fixes/work, which their team would look at, provide comments on and I would then approve or hold on for timing/need/etc. If the issue was more complex we'd hop on a call to discuss. Updates to progress were provided weekly or if I requested it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The developer assigned to my project is great. He intakes my requests for work and dials in to what I'm actually trying to achieve via questions, use cases, examples, etc. I feel like I've received great results. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something HyperGrowth could have done differently?

Creating or using a trackable & updatable tasking platform like Linear/Asana/etc and framework that I could use that fits their work in the most efficient way would be helpful, but not a major obstacle.

Some minor improvements needed in setting the timeline; however, they are very impressive in being proactive and keep everyone updated. Eventually, everything were submitted on time or even ahead of schedule

I'm the founder of Voicera AI, a software company. We offer a 24/7 voice AI receptionist that answers client calls, books customers into calendars, and answers FAQs.

I hired HyperGrowth to bring our product from concept to reality by developing a fully functional web app. Our main goals were to create a platform where businesses could easily set up and manage their own voice AI booking systems without needing technical expertise. This meant designing a clean and user-friendly interface, integrating key tools like Voci, Google Calendar, and Stripe, and ensuring the platform was scalable and reliable.

HyperGrowth has handled the full development of the Voicera AI web app. Their scope of work has included designing the overall architecture, building the frontend and backend, and creating a clean, intuitive UI tailored for non-technical business owners. They've integrated key systems such as Voci for the voice AI engine, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Stripe for payments, ensuring the app works seamlessly without requiring users to manage complex setups.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

HyperGrowth has accomplished our objectives and made the process smooth with clear communication and on-time delivery. They've turned our vision into a product that's practical, professional, and ready for real-world use.

Within weeks of launch, we had a fully functional web app live and ready for users. The streamlined onboarding flow now allows businesses to configure their own voice AI booking systems in under 10 minutes, cutting out the technical barriers that used to slow things down. All core integrations — Voci, Google Calendar, and Stripe — have worked seamlessly from day one, which has meant we could begin demonstrating the product to potential customers immediately.

Just as importantly, the app has been built on a scalable foundation, giving us the confidence to grow the user base without worrying about performance issues. These results have shown us that HyperGrowth has delivered on the vision and positioned Voicera AI for real market adoption.

In terms of measurable success, the biggest early win has been how quickly businesses can get onboarded. With the system HyperGrowth has built, a complete setup of a voice AI booking agent takes under 10 minutes, compared to several hours if done manually. The integrations (Voci, Google Calendar, Stripe) have achieved a 100% success rate during testing, which means we can demo to potential clients confidently without technical hiccups. Since launch, we've already onboarded a handful of early users, and feedback has been consistently positive about the simplicity and speed of the platform. On the performance side, the app runs smoothly with zero downtime so far, and the scalable backend has been stress-tested to handle significantly higher traffic as adoption grows.

HyperGrowth's project management has been excellent throughout the development of Voicera AI. They've kept communication clear and consistent, providing regular updates and progress reports so we always know where the project stands. Milestones have been well-defined, and any potential challenges have been addressed quickly with practical solutions.

1. Mobile Redesign – New Promotions Page (Affiliate View)Please redesign the mobile version of the New Promotions page so that: Affiliates don’t have to scroll sideways to view content link details. The "Generate Link" button is clearly visible next to each content title without any horizontal scrolling.  2. Pop-Up Notification – After Clicking Creator LinkWhen a new user clicks a Creator Link and lands on the New Promotions page: Display a pop-up notification right above the content links with this message: 🎉 Want to Earn a Reward? Click the "Generate Link" button on any content to start sharing. Once the link you shared gets enough clicks, you’ll earn a reward from the creator. Simple as that!  3. Display Click Requirement – Content Links (Affiliate View)On the New Promotions page (Affiliate side), each content link should display the number of clicks required to earn a reward. You can reference the logic used in the Clicks tab on the “My Promotions” page for this.  4. Reward Earned Pop-Up – Affiliate ViewWhen an affiliate reaches the required number of clicks on a shared link: Show a pop-up notification that says: 🎉 You’ve Earned a Reward! Head to your Earned Rewards page to check out your prize.  5. Page Order Update – Creator AccountIn the Creator dashboard, please switch the placement of the “Rewards” page and the “Contents” page in the sidebar/menu navigation.  6. Creator Onboarding Pop-Ups (New Accounts)For new creator accounts, add two onboarding pop-ups: After account creation, show a pop-up pointing to the Rewards page with this message:  “Create a reward to motivate affiliates to share your content.” Once they’ve created a reward, trigger a second pop-up pointing to the Contents page:  “Now add some content for your affiliates to share!”  7. General Mobile Optimization (If Budget Allows)If budget and time permit, please redesign the rest of the pages across the platform (affiliate and creator views) to: Eliminate the need for horizontal scrolling on mobile devices. Make the overall experience more user-friendly and responsive for mobile users. If this would increase costs significantly, feel free to hold off or provide an estimate so we can prioritize.  8. Pop-Up Notification After Clicking Generate Link (If Budget Allows)After a new user clicks a Creator Link and then clicks the "Generate Link" button (without being logged in), they will be redirected to the Create an Account page. At that point, display a pop-up notification with this message: First, let’s create your account! Register as an Affiliate to start sharing and earning rewards from creators. If possible, please have the "Affiliate" option pre-selected in the registration form to make the process easier for new users in this specific scenario. Only pre-select "Affiliate" in this exact use case (when someone clicks a Generate Link without being logged in).

I found their ability to work through all the obstacles we faced to be impressive, and they didn't give up when things got hard.

Sometimes I had to correct them on spelling errors that were found in the software.
