H.Y. Engineering was established in 1980 followed by H.Y. Land Surveying in 2002. Together, H.Y. offers a comprehensive, in-house service combining land surveying, planning, and civil engineering.
H.Y. has been involved with the development process of countless subdivisions, multi-family projects, commercial, and industrial developments. We have also completed government infrastructure projects involving legal surveys, design and construction of roadworks, and major trunk water and sewage systems. Larger projects include developments valued over 1 Billion. No matter the size of the project, we are able to address challenging factors such as poor soil conditions, difficult topographic conditions, and extremely inclement weather conditions.
Our staff are highly knowledgeable and bring experience working with municipal governments, private consultants, land development firms, as well as construction companies.
