I asked for a new logo that will represent our business. I want something simple but classy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the rebrand, we got almost 50% increase in social engagement, thus increasing our new follwers and sales. We also got a lot of positive feedback regarding the new logo and the newly launched website.

John was easy to work with. He was always available to discuss new ideas and he was able to deliver before the deadline. Even after launching the new logo & website, he was always just one chat away if I have questions, just the best support I got!

I was really impressed by how he made this project like his own. He was very detail-oriented, he listened to my inputs and send me updates from time to time.

Overall, I am satisfied with hustleware's work. There's nothing much to improve.

I am the owner of a perfume company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hustleware, and what were your goals?

At first, I thought we just needed a logo. Hustleware helped us realize that we needed the whole thing—branding.

How did you select this vendor?

It has been my dream to have my own perfume business, but I had no idea where to start and how to do it right. Fortunately, I knew the perfect man for the job. I reached out to John not only for his impressive experience in branding but also because he was already familiar with the perfume industry.

The first step was perhaps the biggest. Hustleware took the time to get to know who we are, who we're trying to reach, what we offer, who our competitors are, and more. Once they had a firm understanding of our company, they developed a brand identity for us. We had a tagline, logo, packaging design, and other assets that we could use—both online and off.

We worked directly with John, the designer and brand strategist.

John's expert advice on branding has been refreshing and valuable. The outcome is a total compliment magnet and an elegant brand identity that I feel proud to call my own.

Working with Hustleware was a pleasure from start to finish. John kept us involved in every step of the process. We had weekly meetings to go over the progress and got frequent updates via email.
