The project demonstrated notable success through several measurable outcomes. We achieved a high ROAS, indicating efficient and profitable advertising efforts. We also met our GMV targets, reflecting effective sales performance. The content generated was highly engaging, contributing to a significant increase in followers and enhanced engagement rates across our social media platforms. These metrics collectively highlight the project's success in driving both financial and engagement goals.

The project management was generally okay but did have areas needing improvement. While some deliverables were met on time, there were instances of delays that impacted the overall timeline. The team could benefit from paying more attention to details and ensuring timely and thorough reporting. Additionally, their responsiveness to our needs was adequate, but there is room for enhancement in how they address and adapt to feedback and changes.

What we found most impressive about this company is their very dynamic team, which has built a great rapport with each other, leading to positive outcomes. This combination of teamwork and market expertise has been a key factor in their success.

Huskee Digital could benefit from being more data-driven in their reports to provide clearer insights and actionable recommendations. Improved communication with our team, would also enhance the overall experience, ensuring that we are consistently informed and aligned. Since we started working with Huskee in January 2024, they have provided comprehensive support and delivered key services. Here is a detailed description of the scope of work and their key deliverables: 

1. Ads Layout and Guidance: Before proceeding with the ads, Huskee discussed in detail the layouts and pegs that would serve as our guide. They provided guidance on the ad format for image, video, and carousel ads on Meta platforms. 
2. Social Media Management: We submitted our content calendar and materials to Huskee, and they have taken charge of posting on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. They handle the scheduling and execution of our social media content based on the provided calendar. 
3. TikTok Collaboration: Huskee has assisted us in collaborating with affiliates on TikTok. They reached out to potential influencers, inviting them to earn via Target Plan and we provided samples of our products for them to create content. Huskee also maintains a monitor sheet to track the progress and performance of the TikTok content. 
4. Monthly Reports and Insights: Huskee provides a comprehensive monthly report that covers the performance of our ads campaigns, organic posts, and TikTok activities. 

They share valuable insights and recommendations for the following months, helping us optimize our marketing strategies. By working closely with Huskee, we have received valuable support in ad creation, social media management, TikTok collaborations, and performance tracking. We wanted to start digital marketing to help market and sell our product. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, our other businesses weren't doing well, so we wanted to increase feed sales to improve income. We didn't have any experience in the digital space, so we reached out to Huskee Digital to expand our audience, which is very niche.

Huskee Digital set up our Facebook page to raise awareness about our brand. They also helped us refine our branding; my father is the face of our brand. We worked together on a content calendar, and Huskee Digital worked behind the scenes with me to run online live events.

I worked with three teammates from Huskee Digital, including a proofreader, graphic designer, and an account manager. 

How did you come to work with Huskee Digital?

We had a good experience with Huskee Digital during a previous engagement and decided to try out their digital marketing services. However, our first engagement started because the managing director at Huskee Digital worked at the same university as me. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested 1,600 Philippine pesos (approximately $28 USD) a month with them. In total, we invested around 369,699 Philippine pesos (approximately $6,500 USD) with Huskee Digital. 

What is the status of this engagement?

This engagement with Huskee Digital was from March–August 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Every month, Huskee Digital provided data analytics highlighting our ad, online event, and Facebook page performance. Our new Facebook page boosted our brand awareness, and we saw a huge increase in our organic following. We reached the crowd we wanted to, and they reached out to us about our product and live shows. 

Huskee Digital was extremely collaborative and hands-on, so it didn't feel like work; they understood us as a client. I respected their expertise and professionalism. They weren't afraid to suggest a better approach to our marketing efforts. I also appreciated that Huskee Digital helped with our online events beyond just setting them up — Huskee Digital was invested in our success.

How did Huskee Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Huskee Digital always delivered on time. The only tool we used to keep us on track was our content calendar, which was built in Excel. Since I could message their team via Telegram, we didn't need to have weekly meetings. We only had meetings when I wanted to consult with them or clarify certain points.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I loved working with them. The project's success hinged on our collaboration, and Huskee Digital understood us well. We aligned on our goals during our kick-off meeting, and Huskee Digital ensured no stone was unturned. The only reason the relationship ended was that we reallocated our budget towards hiring a sales teammate and couldn't keep Huskee Digital on retainer. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Huskee Digital to improve. They delivered what they could given our requirements and time constraints. There were gaps in technical terms, but our industry and product aren't very common, so those gaps were understandable.

Huskee manages our TikTok Ads campaign, from content creator scouting to asset boosting. They also analyze our ad performance on TikTok and provide valuable insights into the overall results.

We have three products that we’ve entrusted them with. For two of our brands, they delivered 12 video materials each, and for the third brand, they provided 24 videos. So far, they’ve been doing an impressive job, not only with consistent content delivery but also with the quality and relevance of the materials. Their team is responsive, proactive with suggestions, and clearly invested in driving strong campaign outcomes.

One of the key measurable outcomes was the performance of the ad campaigns. This includes metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates, which collectively helped us gauge the success and impact of the project on our target audience.

They consistently deliver projects on time—even when the workload is heavy, they make sure everything is completed as scheduled. The team is also highly responsive; whenever revisions are needed, they act on them promptly.

They’re flexible with management-led adjustments as well, always finding a way to accommodate changes. However, they operate strictly within the agreed contract terms, so it’s important for clients to align and discuss any amendments with them beforehand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What really stands out is their openness and genuine willingness to help. Help isn’t just a word for them, it’s something they consistently show through their actions. Whenever support is needed, they’re there, making the entire process easier and more understandable.

We previously had issues with our TikTok dashboard, and even with their busy schedule, their team took the time to assist us and resolve the problem. That kind of support truly makes a difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Huskee Digital could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be staying open to urgent adjustments. As a company in the distribution industry, we operate in a fast-paced environment. We manage multiple accounts nationwide and ensure each one receives the right marketing support, which requires a great deal of agility.

Another suggestion would be for the team to further familiarize themselves with ASC (Advertising Standards Council) regulations. ASC is a private body that evaluates advertising materials. While the Huskee team does take note of compliance and adapts materials accordingly, it would be much more efficient if they had a deeper understanding of ASC’s guidelines from the start.
