What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully built the tools to launch and track facebook ads. These ads were successfully launched and optimized based on cost per lead or cost per purchase.

The project management was great. Hungry Bear employees drive the conversation and drove the project so that I could focus on other parts of the project. The team was organized with clear communication and documentation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very knowledgeable about the current state of meta ads and what works, and they brought expertise that would have taken me years of dedication to figure out. They did amazing asynchronous work across time zones and kept the entire initiative clear and organized.

Honestly, there are no areas for improvement.

Ben has been working on our account to increase brand awareness and largely lead generation with the focus on improving the quality of leads, cost per click and cost per lead.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main measurable objective was to see an increase in lead generation. Based off our previous numbers, we needed to see a tangible improvement in the lead volume and quality.

Our jobs are managed and reviewed weekly via virtual meeting. Ben's attention to detail, ability to explain the work being carried and professionalism was excellent from the start. Our weekly online meetings provided assurance and peace of mind. Each week in our meeting, Ben would outline the work being done, work planned and cover copy and image approval with a time line report.

I'm impressed by Hungry Bear Digital's professionalism and deliverability. Each week in our virtual meetings, Ben would cover all intricate details and explain how we would achieve a result on the campaign. Each project we have run has been successful which to us is a clear indicator that the services are impressive.

None in my experience working with them. It's been an extremely good working relationship

I am the executive consultant at Hana Tax. Our firm is a full-service tax accounting and management service firm in Korea. We have one of the largest English speaking teams in Korea and help both foreigners, international companies, and local residents including native Koreans.

We needed help building out our CRM and email marketing for the company because we had a large database but weren't really using it or keeping it tidy.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to make sure we were tracking everybody in our database so that we can generate more work when we would like to, and also understand our database better. We also wanted to learn how to best use our marketing technology across the company to generate more clients efficiently.

Ben has been helping me from time to time, giving feedback and tips on our marketing. We were looking for someone to help us professionally and decided to make an arrangement with Ben.

- choose a CRM and email marketing platform for us - plan the implementation - ensure all information was being collected and processed in the platform - integrate this with our website, including a range of other tools to increase conversions such as the chatbot and booking calendar - help us identify and plan segments - develop a basic template for our newsletters - develop our marketing plan for this database

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have our database properly set up and are collecting and analyzing our clients and prospects. We have a plan for qualifying and segmenting our database and we know what to do next to market to these segments and create more clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Ben created a technology recommendation document that outlined the platforms and tools that we should use. We approved this and then he created an implementation plan on Asana which showed what tasks needed to be done by whom and when. After completing the work, Ben demonstrated each function.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Ben was very organized and helpful with ideas and suggestions. He was very nice to work with and I felt that he cared about our project and it's quality.

Are there any areas for improvement?

While I am quite busy, Ben was also a little busy so it was sometimes hard to find meetings when we were both free.
