I'm the Commercial Director of LifeConcept SA which is the Master Franchisees of BoConcept brand (also MF of other international furniture brands) for Greece. Our core business is in retail and B2B furniture market.

We hired Humble Agency for our complete Digital Marketing needs. After many years spending budget on TV and Radio commercials we decided to allocate 100% of our budget on digital marketing. Our goal was to increase sales and brand awareness taking advantage of the new digital media tools available.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided for Humble after 2-3 failed attempts with other agencies. The deciding factor was that Humble was the only agency that could incorporate the commercial part of marketing into any idea, conversation and action we were to make.

The project consisted of building a new "side" website, create "selling" content for all social media available, targeting the right audiences with A/B testing to allocate budget in a winning content, with a goal to convert in lead forms and get the customers to engage with our sales staff in a more personal way, eventually creating traffic and direct appointments to the stores. Constant reporting and optimazation in both website and performance KPI's was mandatory.

We worked with an account manager, always with the caring eye and involvement of the founder, rest of the team consisted of performance manager, a content creator, a web developer and a copywriter.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All our ads were channeling traffic to our website, where the UI worked excellent and constantly converting about 3% of this traffic into leads with name, email, mobile number, interest in specific product and/or services like Interior Design service and favorable store for the visit. In a measurable and sales effective way, we managed to increase our turnover for about 10-15% per year

The Humble team adapted to the ongoing proccess of improving and optimising the project. They're flexible and creative as well. They send monthly reports and hold quarterly in-person meetings to keep everyone on track while solving anything along the way.

Humble is an agency with Performance and Creativity at heart combined with commercial thinking. This is a unique combination at the digital market.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could be more prepared for workload and increasingly account demands. Some misses now and then due lack of resources.

Humble Digital Agency is responsible for a range of digital marketing techniques. The team handles our performance marketing on social media, creating content for Instagram and Facebook and collaborating with influencers. They write newsletters and contribute to our email marketing, and they create all of our graphics and visuals, including banners and online ads. Further, Humble Digital Agency takes care of our PPC and SEM, and are the administrators of our Google Ads campaigns.

We follow every lead that comes to us, so we've kept track of their results. We’ve seen a very significant increase in leads coming from social media. At this point, we've achieved greater brand awareness in our space.

I’m the business developer of Pennie. We’re a family company dealing with home textiles like bedding, bath, and table linens. We have a chain of retail stores, as well as wholesale B2B clients like hotels. We’ve been operating for 40 years, and serve international markets as well.

Several years ago, we began operating an online store in Greece. We needed a partner who could support us with market research, in order for us to grow our business online. We were also looking for rebranding and digital marketing services.

Humble addressed every aspect of our business. 

The first days of our commitment with Humble involved identifying target groups to understand what our clientele and market approach should be — what customers were willing to buy online, how we could get to them, and when we should target them. It was a long, detailed market research project. 

After that, the team was really active in rebranding and took over the whole scheme of our company’s marketing efforts

The team didn’t redesign our logo, but they did provide direction on how to capture our products and collections most effectively through photos. Humble walked us through our catalogs and collections and directed most of the creative process.

We didn’t have a clear view of the market at that time, so we were trying to find a partner who could offer a lot of expertise. We’d also had some negative experiences with past vendors. 

Nikos visited our offices and was able to provide really valuable insight on the spot. Based on that experience, we decided to partner with Humble.

We started working with Humble around the end of 2010, and the partnership is ongoing.

Our data has been overwhelmingly positive throughout the engagement. We’ve seen growth in Facebook followers and likes, sales numbers, and ROI. We monitor the team throughout the year, and we see consistent success.

Even as Humble has grown, they’ve remained customer-oriented. They provide us with immediate support whenever we need it. Each team delivers their work on time, from creative to IT to development, and the quality is always good.

Humble’s team is really creative, and they know what they’re talking about. True to their name, they’re humble, down to earth, and reliable. They present us with the truth and only the truth.

They could get in-house development resources, but the Greek market is really small. There’s nothing significant that I can mention at the moment.

Clients should get in close touch, listen to the team, and be active in trial and testing periods. It’s also important to talk to Humble's managers, IT staff, and creatives. They’re experts in their business.

I know Humble Digital agency for years and we have worked together in a previous job.(They used to be our digital marketing agency).I admire their performance, ideas, creativity and the friendly yet professional approach they have. I chose them among others for their results and also because of the positive impact from word-of-mouth. Humble also is innovative (Tik-Tok studio for example) which is very important for my work in order to drive more sales.

Firstly, we discussed about Branding. I explained what I wanted and the designed for my brand everything I wanted. The outcome was beyond my expectations. The second step was the design and the creation of our ecommerce platform(opencart) and the integration of mailchimp. We launched the e-shop and made all the changes we need in order to have the best demonstration of our products.

When we launched our clothing collection we started social media marketing ads (Facebook, Instagram, Tik tok). They also provide me with content (site banners, Instagram, Tik Tok videos). The next step we are preparing is email marketing.(mailchimp)

We had 100% sales growth from the 1st month. We continuously growing our followers (20% increase). We have 3.000.000 monthly reach with our ads and 15.000 clicks on the website.

We communicate in-person and via emails, twice a week for the strategy planning. Also, we exchange emails everyday for small everyday tasks. Every single time I send them and ask about anything they always respond asap. Finally, they met all deadlines we have agreed.
