Having worked with the team previously on a number of occasions I engaged the them to assist with investigation and review of allegations of workplace harassment. Such was the nature of the allegation it was appropriate to immediately engage the team to conduct an independent assessment, make recommendations and assist further in performance management and disciplinary action, if required.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our outcomes were not predetermined and therefore the independent assessment was crucial to achieving procedural fairness for those employees identified in the process. The team executed the review process with precision and respect, communicating milestones at every checkpoint. This is why I was a repeat client.

As already highlighted, the process timeline was implemented and executed as planned. There were some additional complexities during the investigation process and were managed concurrently with the original scope. Flawless execution from the local based team with input from the subject matter experts in other regions.

HumanX HR provided HR outsourcing for our 100-person marketing agency, helping with full end to end management of our HR services, including managing employee relations, conflict resolution, whilst delivering HR compliance support on Australian employment law and Fair Work regulations, workplace policy development (helping us put together an employee handbook, code of conduct and remote work procedure), performance management systems, and workplace culture initiatives through engagement surveys and team development.  Key deliverables included a customised 40+ policy manual, complete performance management framework with templates, monthly compliance reporting, quarterly manager training, and bi-annual culture assessments. The HumanX team provided responsive, practical advice that helped us scale effectively whilst maintaining professional HR standards.

HumanX HR delivered all major items on time, including the policy manual within 6 weeks and performance framework in 8 weeks. Their project management was systematic with clear timelines, regular updates, and proactive communication about any potential delays. A dedicated account manager maintained consistent communication with well-structured monthly check-ins focused on outcomes. They anticipated our needs effectively, proactively updating remote work policies ahead of regulatory changes to ensure seamless compliance.

Everyone we worked with across HumanX HR was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with implementation. Very quick on their feet, and felt very human, we were able to ask them any questions at any time, and had a very open line of communication 

Are there any areas for improvement or something HumanX HR could have done differently?

Not much to improve, there is a lot of transparency and flexibility with their services, would love if they could eventually do recruitment as well.
