Co-Founder and Managing Partner. We're a startup FinTech consulting firm specializing in fin-tech analytics for the CFO function.

I hired Human Results for career coaching and goal setting.

Looking to understand and hone in on my career goals, career focus, and passion in life, sort of speak.

How did you select Human Results?

VIa a referral, I met with Human Results (Swati) and outlined my goals and interest for the project. Reviewed Human Results' process and approach and within two weeks moved forward with support.

Describe the project in detail.

Our sessions were structured meetings focused on evaluating and scoring various behavioral and professional interests. This was not a basic Bryers Miggs test by any means. Swati structured approach was not only eye-opening but it was a precursor to more informal discussions that allowed to focus on self-discovery.

What was the team composition?

Swati was my main coach and was extremely professional and an expert in this area.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome of this project was amazing. It enabled me to realize my career goals and challenges I had set up for myself. It enabled self-discovery and allowed me to be more self-actualizing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. They catered to the size of the project and my pace.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to understand my industry, competitors, goals, and objectives was great. Human Results was able to speak my language and spent time reviewing the outcomes of each of our sessions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nope. Their providing of additional options were above and beyond and icing on the cake. The process and ability to really hone-in on my needs was impressive. Human Results are rockstars!
