The onboarding process with Huboo seemed straightforward, leading us to believe they could efficiently manage our requirements. However, our experience soon turned sour. Once they started processing our orders, everything began to unravel. I encountered fulfilment frustrations while trying to address various issues, including: 

• Arbitrary price increases beyond our negotiated terms. 
• Substantial loss of stock we sent to their warehouse. 
• Inconsistent and erroneous billing practices. 
• Poor shipment tracking, often unavailable or malfunctioning despite assurances. 
• A backlog of unresolved support tickets, with minimal resolutions. 
• Continual shipment of incorrect items despite repeated requests for correction.
