We needed help applying machine learning to customer reviews.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hubler trained machine learning models for the automatic classification of reviews, the escalation of issues, and the provision of responses based on specified criteria. The team handled the entire process end-to-end.

Someone referred Hubler to us. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings and offered good value for the cost.

We worked together from January–February 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a 54% improvement in response quality, a 92% reduction in response time, and a 99.76% success rate in reviews classified automatically. The improvements were sustained after the initial deployment. We measured the improvement in response quality using data from our SaaS.

How did Hubler perform from a project management standpoint?

Hubler delivered on time. We had a slight delay of a week, but we also expanded the scope of the initial classification somewhat. We communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hubler’s professionalism and effective communication were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room for improvement. I think they could have done more follow-up meetings.
