I’m an executive at Minhshop, a business services company that specializes in distributing sneakers, sandals, clothing, watches, and perfumes from the US, UK, South Korea, and Japan.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hubcom?

We needed help developing and improving our e-commerce website to enhance the UX and support online sales. We also needed to build an internal system for product and order management to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, we needed technical consulting and scalable system architecture to support the long-term growth of the platform.

Hubcom has designed, developed, and deployed our e-commerce website, a mobile shopping app for customers, an admin dashboard for managing products and orders, and a scalable technical infrastructure to support future growth.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hubcom has helped us successfully launch and improve our e-commerce platform. As a result, we can handle higher traffic, streamline product and order management, and improve the overall shopping experience for our customers. The platform has also made it easier for our team to manage daily operations and scale the business more efficiently. For example, our website traffic has increased by around 20%–30% in the first few months after the upgrade, and our app downloads have reached 100 per day in the first week.

How did Hubcom perform from a project management standpoint?

Hubcom’s project management is good. Their communication is clear and consistent, and they keep us informed about the progress and milestones. They deliver the main features and project milestones on time and are responsive whenever adjustments or feedback are needed. We communicate via in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Instead of simply implementing our requests, Hubcom often suggests better technical solutions and helps us avoid unnecessary complexity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our experience has been positive overall. One area they could improve is providing a slightly clearer timeline for certain development phases. However, they’re flexible and work hard to meet our needs.
