I’m an HR manager of a construction services company specializing in complex projects for hospitals, private, and special buildings. We deliver innovative, high-quality solutions across various sectors, including health, agriculture, and infrastructure.

We needed a workforce.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HRCM provides us with a workforce, including electricians, plumbers, and unskilled workers. The team is tasked to an internal team and follows the foreman's directions.

What is the team composition?

We work with 6–10 teammates from HRCM.

We started working with them in February 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

HRCM is helping our crew. After their arrival, we started to follow and align with the timetable. We finally started to reach our daily quotas, which have improved by more than 40%. Their help has been priceless.
