Please describe your company and your position there.

PoolWarehouse.com, we are a large, fast past, consistently growing e-commerce platform with a constant need for Sales, Customer Service and IT employees. We start all of our new hires as Temps brought to us by the HRSS team.

HR Sources & Solutions has been our source for all admin, sales, customer service and IT employees for the last decade.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We've made a conscious choice to keep HRSS as our sole staffing source for two main reasons - Reliability and Relationship.

We’ve been dealing with the same group of HR professional for over a decade. They have taken the time to understand our company, understand our needs, understand our seasonality and understand our budgets.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Countless over the last decade. There is never a point in time when we don't have multiple Temps in house working for us from HRSS.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Our companies continued success is tied to the ability to continue to find good long term employees. HRSS delivers those assets to us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Amazing, especially when you've been dealing with the same company and the same groups of account reps for years.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have very low internal turnover themselves. They care about their own employees much as we care for ours. We like dealing with companies that have similars values - HRSS stacks up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not yet and hopefully they continue the same type of performance over the next 10 years as they have for the last 10 years.
