• Social listening audit and social media strategy development (including industry and competitor analysis, up to three) 
• raft and provide a monthly content calendar with strategic guidance to maximize engagement. Focus on Instagram and Facebook (2-3 posts per week, 1-2 Stories) and Tiktok (2 posts per week). 
• Use platforms to tie brand messaging, personality and products into relevant and continuous conversation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In one quarter alone, our Facebook page saw a 2,018.9% increase in engagements and a 1463% increase in impressions. During that same quarter, our Instagram account saw a 614% increase in impressions and 6.9% in followers. 5W helped out gain traction on TikTok for the first time ever.

The project management of our account was beyond impressive. The team was responsive, organized, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They anticipated our needs and made sure that we never dropped the ball on approvals, etc.

The quality of graphics (design) varied. I think the design standard could be improved upon.
