I’m an IT manager for a business consultancy.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with HookIT Company Limited?

We wanted to develop an HR and recruitment web platform. The platform needed to be easily accessible, both for job seekers to apply for job postings and for employers to find CVs. We also wanted the platform to be flexible enough that it could be shared with other companies whose job openings fit with submitted applications.

We needed someone capable of developing web-based applications that could also transfer to mobile phones and tablets.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We asked HookIT Company Limited to come to our office for a month so that they could understand how we go about things and exactly what we wanted to achieve. Then, they developed the web platform.

Two people worked on the project.

We tried a couple of people, but most of them weren’t very knowledgeable or skilled enough to perform the work.

My company spent $1,500.
