i'm Director of the BitSquad Software pvt ltd. my company works on staff augmentation project End To End delivery on java , automation QA , manual QA , python ,dotnet , power platform.

For staff augmentation Hiring cruise provided good number of clients as well quality clients to work together. sometime we hire resources from Hiringcruise as well, & we got good quality resources. Hiring cruise guy's are very professional, less communication needed for technical skill's sharing just need to share the JD and we got good candidates within time range.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for freelancers through Upwork & Linkedin, But weren't found proper candidate and return. At the same time we found Hiring cruise online and started working with them. Hiring cruise team is very flexible with their work and payment structure

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We have worked together in the projects on power plateform, dotnet, java and Python for development and QA manual and QA Automation for different clients. For project on Power plateform we have handled development of the application.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

We firstly discussed the project with our technical team, going over the key skills we are looking for and any additional requirements. Based on that we just need to share JD and they shortlist the candidates for Interview. We gave each of then a paid technical test to evaluate their skills and hired the required candidates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their support, we were able to release the project before the time we expected and with minimal bugs. The client is happy with the delivered product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team collaboration was good even though the developers were working remotely. They adapted quickly our sprints, and we had daily stand-up calls through Teams. If we had any technical issues, they would track it through Git tickets.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have provided high-level candidate at a cost-effective price. I also appreciated that they were proactive about suggesting the solutions and challenges.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As the clients was an Overseas person, There were some communication issues in the beginning days due to the time differences, but they were able to adjust their working hours to catch-up with the team and with the client.
