We had a very tight budget for hiring Product Designers. We have a very complex enterprise-level product that requires special design skills and experiences. We also had very tight deadlines. We wanted to delegate searching and screening candidates, as well as organizing the end-to-end interviewing process.

• Hirey agency provided us with a set of highly quality candidates and help us with all rounds of interviews. We chose our 2 hires within 2-3 weeks of the process.

The communication was smooth and timely. We received our first candidates with one week. I was impressed by the quality of all candidates. We shortlisted 5 for our first round and chose 2 finalists to hire. Our new hires were right on the budget and much faster than we ever expected!

Hirey I Design Recruitment Agency is very competent and professional. Communication is always smooth and clear. It's the best hiring agency I ever worked with!! What is most remarkable, all candidates they supply are amazing - it's hard to make the final choice. I felt like I was choosing the best from the best. 

After my first experience with Hirey agency I expanded our services with them and asked them to hire for Product Managers, Business Analysts and other even leadership roles.

We hired Hirey to find an Art Director for our agency. It was our first engagement with the recruiting partners.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We followed Hirey on LinkedIn and enjoyed their public communication and insights they shared. After a couple of meetings, it was clear that they are the right people for us to partner with.

Hirey conducted discovery calls with our agency to learn about us and our needs. After the goals were set, they started the search process and created a dedicated Slack channel for the easy communication. The recruiting flow was managed through Notion, which helped us follow each step and review each candidate in detail. The interviews with candidates were held through Google Meets Overall, the whole process was transparent, easy, and enjoyable.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were two people who supported us through the process: the Founder, Kristina, and the Design Recruiter, Evgeniya, who drove our recruiting process. In addition to being an absolute recruiting professionals with a great knowledge of the design industry, they are dedicated, patient, and very friendly.

Hirey found an extraordinarily talented person who was perfect for our position. We would fail to find such a candidate without Hirey.

The workflow was top-notch: streamlined communication, delicate reminders when we were late in giving feedback, constant support and consultations whenever we needed more guidance and help.

Hirey understands design business and truly cares about the match of the candidate to the creative and business needs of your company. They brought smarts, commitment, and spirit to the recruiting process, and they inevitably influenced us in the desire to become a better workplace for future candidates.
