HireX

HireX builds AI workforces. We help AI and technology teams hire verified domain experts on flexible hourly contracts — the specialists whose real-world knowledge trains, evaluates and improves modern AI systems. Our experts include credentialed doctors, lawyers, engineers, researchers, data specialists and native-level multilingual professionals. They create and review AI training data, provide structured human feedback (RLHF), evaluate model and agent outputs, and bring genuine subject-matter depth to tasks where generic annotation is not enough. Alongside expert staffing, HireX offers executive search research, talent intelligence — market mapping and competitor talent research — and workforce analytics that turn hiring data into decisions. Every expert is screened for credentials and real-world experience before being put forward, and engagements scale up or down as project needs change. Founded in 2025 and based in Varanasi, India, HireX is remote-first and delivers globally, giving AI teams in any time zone a single, accountable partner for expert talent.
