They do the best they can — their team is very diligent. Regarding communication, we use WhatsApp, email, and phone.

The two founders are great partners. In addition, their cost structure is attractive.

For each project, we put candidates through interviews and competency tests. The candidates we interview are pulled from a selection Bait provides based on our job descriptions. That is how we filter candidates we want to work with versus those we don’t.
