I’m the president of operations for Arborstone Storage, a real estate company. We acquire and manage self-storage facilities in rural markets across Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. HireLATAM has provided us with dedicated bilingual virtual staff to support our self-storage operations. Their scope includes recruiting, vetting, and onboarding remote team members who handle our day-to-day tenant inquiries, phone support, and administrative tasks. Key deliverables include placing fully trained bilingual customer support representatives onto our team, providing continuous management oversight, and expanding our ability to assist non-English-speaking tenants seamlessly.In terms of administrative tasks, the HireLATAM team is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, managing chatbots, responding to email inquiries, and assisting Spanish-speaking tenants. They also handle leasing and onboarding tasks, such as processing new tenant reservations, move-ins, and move-outs, managing digital rental agreements, and setting up new accounts.Additionally, the team provides account and billing support by processing payment transactions, sending payment reminders, and assisting with billing or balance inquiries. They also make outbound delinquency calls and control accounts receivable. Moreover, HireLATAM is responsible for facility administration, which includes updating our property management software, processing move-ins and move-outs, and logging maintenance requests or gate issues.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with HireLATAM, we’ve seen faster response times and increased Spanish-speaking conversions. We’ve dramatically reduced response times for incoming calls, email inquiries, and live chats. We’ve also improved lead-to-lease conversion rates among bilingual/Spanish-speaking prospective tenants.Moreover, we’ve seen lower overdue balances and operational efficiency. We’ve decreased delinquency rates through systematic outbound collections and accounts receivable tracking. We’ve also freed up local management to focus on high-level property management and strategic growth instead of daily administrative triage.In terms of specific metrics, the operational impact was immediate. Incoming calls are answered nearly instantaneously, and response times have dropped from hours to minutes. Before working with HireLATAM, clearing overdue balances or reaching delinquent accounts could take anywhere from 30–45 days due to our limited follow-up capacity. Now, most past-due balances are resolved within 7–14 days.Additionally, we’ve seen cost savings. We’ve reduced labor and hiring costs compared to sourcing domestic, full-time local staff. Our customer satisfaction has also visibly improved. Having dedicated bilingual support means our Spanish-speaking tenants feel much better supported and rarely experience language barriers. On top of that, because calls and support tickets are answered immediately, tenant frustration is down, and overall retention has improved as tenants experience smoother, more reliable service.

HireLATAM’s project management is top-notch. Everything has been delivered on schedule, including talent sourcing, vetting, and team deployment. Their account management team is highly communicative, stays on top of daily tasks, and resolves any operational adjustments immediately. The most unique aspect of working with HireLATAM is how quickly we’ve seen a tangible impact on our day-to-day operations. Within days of deployment, our response times have dropped significantly, and delinquent accounts have started resolving much faster. We were in need of hiring one Senior CSM, and within a week, 4 candidates were delivered. The manner in which they were presented was extremely comprehensive - call recordings, resume, internet speed tests, personality assessments, mock tests. We had so much information in which to review each candidate to be able to gain a good understanding prior to engaging in interviews.
