HireLander was responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to identify, attract, and secure the best-fit candidate for the client’s open position. This included defining the job requirements in collaboration with the client, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, presenting a qualified shortlist, coordinating client interviews, and supporting the offer and hiring process until the candidate’s successful placement.

The key deliverables were:

• End-to-end recruitment process management
• High-quality candidate shortlists aligned with client requirements 
• Market mapping and talent sourcing across multiple regions
• Continuous communication and progress reporting to clients 
• Support throughout the offer and onboarding process

They found for our company two great softwear developers and also an amazing QA.

The project management was great.

Agustina sent me more options and she help me a lot with pre-selection, interviews and suggestions. They assisted us very closely along the process.

We had worked with other companies before, but what really impressed us this time was their deep specialization in the software development industry. 

That made all the difference — they truly understand both the technical and human aspects of the kind of talent a software agency needs. 

This allowed us to be much more efficient with our time, without having to spend hours explaining context or requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something hirelander could have done differently?
