Completely developed the interface of the new market place, finalized the rest of the platform. We continue to work with the team.

We were launching a new Tradelink Marketplace product. Before the launch, the guys did a customer journey map of our current product and identified a number of issues our customers were facing that required improvements. They highlighted the most important and quick improvements in terms of development that improved the product funnel.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The guys also built and designed the flow of attracting the first customers to test the beta version and the team helped us achieve our business goals. I would like to mention that we have a complex domain area in crypto trading. 

The Hintegrity team responded promptly to our requests. In a few workshops, they dived deeply into the product, they were organized, curious, asked questions, and shared their impressions openly and transparently in the process. Great organization, the guys know how to get things done and can be completely trusted.

The guys have everything organised and transparent process. There is regularity and a system in our cooperation. During planning, we set goals for the sprint and the Hintegrity team fulfilled everything on time and anticipated our expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love that the guys always take into account different aspects of the design that our team may have forgotten about in the process. They are focused on the business goal and don't let things get blurry or go off in unnecessary directions. They take development into account in their decisions, and don't do design for design's sake.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hintegrity could have done differently?

I can't remember anything going wrong with Hintegrity. If anything, we solved it immediately and without delay.

Hintegrity started the work process by gathering data and requirements from our side. They immersed themselves in the product and its features as much as possible. Next, they conducted a UX audit of the Contentelly project and identified the problem areas that were degrading the user experience. 

They demonstrated the user scenarios in great detail in the form of detailed diagrams explaining where our customers were struggling and what could be improved, as well as an estimate of the implementation time for each improvement. Revised the logic and created intuitive controls for efficient user interaction, search, and content creation. 

And implemented a design system and developed new interface screens that eliminated gross UX errors, improved user experience, and accelerated development iterations. Summary Thanks to the responsiveness, curiosity, and professionalism of the Hintegrity team. We were able to deliver great results for our clients over the project 3 sprints. They led the project management process to the highest level and delivered everything on time.

We started with small steps and ended up with a fully designed product, product documentation, positive feedback from customers on new improvements, and a basis for implementing the design strategy in the company.

The Hintegrity team built a comfortable process for working on the project. We had weekly calls, and the guys recorded the results of each meeting and always gave a transparent understanding of the next steps. It was always clear what was being worked on and when the result would be. They reacted flexibly to new changes for the project.

Working with Hintegrity is always in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. It's like we are a unified team that has been working together for years. They find and emphasize insights from each of our shared calls and client comments. They also factor our budget and timelines into their decisions, and what has also pleasantly surprised me is their focus on our business goal and long-term partnership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hintegrity could have done differently?

I'm not sure if there's anything that needs to be improved right now. Everything was fine in our project. In any case, there's always something to look forward to.
