We had no success criterion for the project because it is impossible to create one for a QA/Security audit-related work. Having said that, we know HikeQA performed an excellent job since, throughout their 6-month audit/QA of our applications, they discovered several vulnerabilities in our mobile apps, which were then repaired by our team. They also discovered several security weaknesses in our infrastructure and advised us on how to address them.

The work assigned to HikeQA included developing performance tests, building the necessary hardware, and carrying them out. HikeQA used the criteria to develop test scripts for the first step. To make sure the load profiles seen were consistent with expectations, they then conducted preliminary testing. 

They began executing the tests as intended after making minor adjustments to the scripts. If and when a software problem was found during the tests, our internal team resolved it, and HikeQA carried on with the testing.

Before the deadline, we were able to identify and resolve every problem. This was made possible in large part by HikeQA. This project was successful because of their knowledge and willingness to work under such a tight deadline. We are still working with HikeQA to improve our scripts as of right now.

We kept in close contact to make sure the deadline wouldn't slide because of the short notice. The next phase started as soon as a milestone was reached. We've covered all of our core domains and API endpoints with baseline tests. Both these test cases and the technique of QA Automation are thoroughly documented. After the engagement is over, our current QA resources may continue to write automated tests as they have received training in automation testing.

Their QA Automation Tester was placed on an already-existing team, and their work deliverables were handled in a manner akin to our current Dev/QA resource work deliverables. Our current Scrum approach kept us informed in the event that things veered off course, and we promptly rectified any deficiencies with resources. Although it was not necessary, HikeQA also provided a specialized Customer Success resource that we could utilize in the event that our designated resource was not able to resolve these gaps directly.

The best measure of success is that, with all of our applications, we almost always meet our release schedule while maintaining the quality that our internal and external clients expect. 
Our QA team works hard to close any gaps and test every angle around the applications, and we have gained a lot of knowledge from some of these "non-standard" and somewhat "unexpected" uses of the applications; our internal Product teams have found that this creative thinking and pushing the application beyond its intended features has been very beneficial.
