HighlightTA acted as Round Room Live’s internal talent team, supporting us in hiring three senior management level positions to drive business growth. Partnering closely with our team, they provided market and salary insights to help define our hiring needs and ensure alignment with our business goals. From there, they created job descriptions and recommended the best titles to fit both our internal structure and market standards. They managed job postings, conducted additional headhunting, screened all candidates to ensure the right fit, scheduled interviews, and facilitated the entire offer process—including verbal offers and written offer execution. By working with HighlightTA instead of traditional recruitment agencies, we saved over 50% in hiring costs while receiving a complete, end-to-end recruitment solution embedded within our team.

The project was a build of an account management team under tight deadlines.  We hired 7 account managers plus one leader during this search, all in about 12 weeks.  The scope of the project included sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, talent mix advisory, managing a pipeline and negotiating offers.  The project was delivered successfully, and managed exceptioanlly well through data driven reporting and good grasp of top of funnel and close rates.

Project management was exceptional, and was supported by a thorough project outline with key milestones.  Activities were tracked to deliver data supported insights which enabled better decision making. 

The team was on the ball, available and reachable at all times.  We integrated the team via Slack to communication was frictionless and prompt.  This allowed the project to move quickly.

HighlightTA was always prepared with metrics, suggestions and overall provided great guidance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive aspect of this vendor was the speed of work.  They took the time to understand the company, the needs and then quickly produced results.  

Integrating the team into our company and our workflows was impressive as well because this allowed for seamless communication.  

Finally, the team developed strong rapport with the hiring managers and this trust created a great platform for fast decision making.
