We hired HTS to develop a controller for a clean cookstove. They designed a custom PCBA for our product and also developed the program. As we learned things, we requested updates frequently. HTS was very fast and communicative during the entire project. 
The deliverable was a controller that managed two blowers using two thermocouples along with numerous other features to enable a very intuitive and effective controller for the combustion of biomass for cooking applications.

We had usability requirements and emissions targets for our product. We were targeting Tier 5 (ISO Clean Cooking Standard) emissions and an intuitive user experience.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The goal was to create an IoT Alarm System that wouldn't require any special installation, would be very compact, and provide the required level of security. HTS team developed such a system, which operates on a rechargeable battery and remains autonomous for a month. The system consists of sensors and a central hub. 

It's enough to simply place the sensors in the required locations - after activation, the central hub will measure the initial distance to each sensor, and if any sensor moves, the system will trigger an alarm. It will also begin sending notifications to the mobile app. The sensor itself can be adhered to a door, placed on the floor under the door, affixed to a window to detect if it's been broken, or simply placed anywhere it can be moved at least an inch. 

The project includes GPRS/LTE and GPS protocols, a mobile app, data transmission, device synchronization, and cloud-based server solutions. The hardware includes Nordic Semiconductor NFR and Quectel chips, accelerometers, RGB LEDs, USB-C, an antenna, LiPo battery charging, and management system

HTS team successfully developed product that meets all initial requirements.Overall, these measurable outcomes collectively demonstrate the progress and success of the project in achieving its goals of creating a compact, efficient, and effective IoT Alarm System with a high level of security.

HTS ‘ project management was efficient and effective. They consistently delivered items on time, meeting agreed-upon deadlines throughout the development process. Whenever I had specific needs or requests, they were responsive and proactive in addressing them, ensuring that the project progressed smoothly and met my requirements. Overall, their responsiveness and commitment to timely delivery contributed significantly to the success of the project.
