Hiddn Marketing provides Fractional CMO and senior marketing leadership to founders, CEOs and leadership teams who need stronger direction, better marketing performance and a clearer understanding of what their marketing investment is actually delivering.

I work with established businesses where marketing has become costly, complex or difficult to manage. The business may have an internal marketing team, several agencies, significant marketing investment or a gap in senior leadership, but nobody is taking responsibility for joining everything together.

As a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I bring more than 20 years of senior marketing experience across financial services, technology, property, ecommerce, professional services and hospitality.

My work typically includes Fractional CMO leadership, marketing strategy, Marketing Function Reviews, marketing performance and governance, CRM and customer data, marketing operations, sales and marketing alignment, recruitment advisory and strategically led digital transformation.

Unlike a traditional marketing agency, I work on behalf of the business rather than a particular channel or platform. I take a whole function view of the strategy, team, agencies, systems, data, budget and performance, then remain involved where needed to turn decisions into practical change.

I am based in Southport and work with businesses across the North West and throughout the UK, combining remote leadership with planned onsite support where appropriate.
