They were supposed to advertise for us and give us leads

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nothing demonstrated progress or success. I was never able to get into contact with my "account manager"--every lead they gave us had a false number even though ProGro said they were "vetted", they said we could cancel for our deposit refund multiple times and now they're refusing to refund us. BUYER BEWARE--do not use ProGro, waste of money and time.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

No, their leads were always late, and feedback on the leads was never applied. I consistently tried to cancel for my refund and they wouldn't allow me to and kept promising a replenishment of better leads which never came. They illegally steered me onto continuing my membership on the false narrative that I could still be refunded and now they're refusing to refund me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Progro Leads could have done differently?

Follow the guidelines in the signed contract. Actually vet your leads. Give refunds when they are due to your own terrible service. I've now had to get a lawyer involved.
