• We needed a reliable link building partner we could actually scale with. Most vendors we'd used before were inconsistent, links would drop off, metrics were inflated, or the sites just looked spammy. We wanted quality guest post placements on real sites with actual traffic, and we needed it done at volume without babysitting every order.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We order guest post links through their platform on a monthly basis. We choose sites from their network based on niche relevance, domain rating, and traffic. They write the content, get it placed, and we manage everything through their dashboard. We've been doing roughly 15-25 links a month across multiple client accounts. The main deliverable is live guest posts with contextual backlinks pointing to our clients' target pages.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Rankings have improved across the board on campaigns where we've used their links. We've also seen better indexing times compared to links from other providers. The big thing for us is retention  links stay live, sites keep their metrics, and we haven't had placements randomly disappear like we have with other vendors. That consistency matters more to us than any single ranking jump.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yeah no complaints there. Turnaround is usually within the timeframe they quote. If there's ever a delay they'll let you know upfront which I appreciate. The dashboard makes it easy to track everything so we're not chasing status updates over email. It's pretty hands-off once you place an order which is exactly what we want.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Being able to update links after they've been placed. They have this system where you can change anchor text or the destination URL through the dashboard even months after the post goes live. That's been a lifesaver when clients change direction or we need to redirect link equity to a different page. Nobody else we've worked with offers anything like that

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hetneo's Links could have done differently?

Would love to see more inventory in YMYL niches like finance and health. Also a slightly faster turnaround on larger bulk orders would be nice but it's nothing major. Overall, we were really happy with what they delivered.
