The Observatory focuses on quality promotion, primarily in general practice care. The Observatory originated from common bottlenecks from primary care. We use our expertise and already gained experience to think along and to come to solutions. The Observation Point is your solution in many areas, we offer: - Acting doctor's assistants and POHs - Accredited training (think of an AED / CPR course, but also a triage training or a medical substantive training) - Coaching your doctor's assistant (s) in the workplace - Learning peer evaluation under your assistant (s) - "LEAN" design of the practice (no more misunderstandings, efficient work and an easy way of supplying) - Assistance with accreditation - Thinking along about other bottlenecks, such as, for example, assisting staff, practical organization, drawing up protocols and the like.
