Hephon is an AI implementation studio. Most businesses we talk to are doing things manually that have no business being done by hand: someone copying data between systems, typing the same email 40 times a week, spending three days on a report that should take an hour. We go in, figure out what's eating the time or costing the money, and build the AI system that fixes it.
Sometimes that system lives inside your operations: automating the work your team shouldn't be touching. Sometimes it's AI built into your own product or app, for the customers you serve: a shopping assistant inside a mobile app, a booking agent on WhatsApp, a support layer that handles questions in your customers' own language and dialect. We build both.
We work across the MENA region with companies between 20 and 200 people. The work spans conversational AI agents, workflow automation, custom platforms that replace ageing legacy systems, data and reporting, and hands-on training that gets teams productive fast.
A few examples: a mobile AI shopping assistant for Saudi Arabia's largest grocery retailer, Panda; a modern operations platform that replaced a 25-year-old billing system for a Lebanese ISP serving roughly 2,000 customers; our own production AI products, built to prove our judgement on cost and reliability; and AI adoption training rolled out across a 1,000-person industrial company.
Every engagement is scoped with a fixed price, milestone-based payments, and clear IP ownership; you own everything we build. And we don't disappear at handover. We measure adoption at 30 days, because a system nobody uses is just expensive decoration. If the team isn't using it, we fix it.

Hephon is an AI implementation studio based in the Middle East. We work with SMBs and mid-market businesses across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Most businesses we speak to know AI is important.
