We craft and slow age our cheeses for their distinct, unique flavor allowing the natural goodness to come through. We source our milk exclusively from small local family dairy farmers, all within a 30-mile radius of our factory. Our mission is to keep our small dairy partners in business by paying above market prices for their milk.
