How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had seen their website, read their testimonials and bought into their program where they trade article writing in exchange for SEO or Website building. The team of Justin & Lyra both seemed incredibly passionate not just for helping me, but believing in what it is that I am trying to portray through my passions. That went a long way, as well as price point, in using their services.

This project started with me writing articles to help boost their web presence, and once I reached a quota, they went to work redesigning my website/blog. I had a phone and zoom consultation with them, as well as filled out a survey with my ideal outlook and vision for what I wanted my site to look like. They took everything into consideration and built my site in about a 4-6 turnaround once all the consultation had been done, with some back and forth in regards to font, layout, etc, in between

Two people from their team, both Justin & Lyra who are the co-founders, Justin works on the SEO optimization and Lyra is in charge of the design element,

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I feel more apt to push my blog out there in the world because it has a fresher, more approachable look than the initial one I designed myself.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both Justin & Lyra at Help with your hustle were extremely easy to communicate with. If I had a question via a quick text, they were responsive, and if I needed something fleshed out over a longer email or call, I would be able to get with them within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I enjoyed knowing each of their respective specialties so that I could work with each person on the part they were most knowledgeable about, which sometimes you don't get. I felt like I was working with old friends and people who really cared about my bottom line, not just their own.

I'm the owner and operator of a small e-commerce brand selling highly customizable costume items.

My old website lacked certain functionality I needed to run my business, and I was getting little to no organic traffic to my website. I was looking for a better, smoother running website with optimized SEO that I could customize more than my previous site.

How did you select Help With Your Hustle and what were the deciding factors?

Help With Your Hustle came with good recommendations from friends who had their websites built using their services. Since SEO optimization was my biggest concern, I was impressed with the knowledge and resources Justin and Lyra had regarding SEO, and I felt confident they could help me based on that.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We started by discussing whether to launch my new site via Wordpress or Shopify, and we chose Wordpress for the better SEO optimization. We then discussed the new functionality I wanted on my new website that I didn't already have put in play on my old site. They gave me a detailed spreadsheet which outlined the work they were going to do, which included a basic run down of every page and plugin on my website that they needed to implement.

Throughout the build process they worked with me to find the correct plugins I needed, and adapted their work to my needs as new ideas and issues arose. They helped me get comfortable working with the backend of my site before we went live, and after delivering the site over to me, they included a handful of instructional videos to help me with running my site in the future.

I worked with both Justin and Lyra from Help with Your Hustle. While they both did so much work behind the scenes (and I can't say for certain who did what), Justin predominantly discussed matters of SEO and backend development with me, and Lyra help get the front end of my website up and running.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

While it's still too soon to measure SEO outcomes, I can already say that the functionality of my site is so much better. I have new features on my site that help give my customers a better idea of when to expect their orders (estimated delivery dates), and better tools for upselling and cross-selling items. My site feels way more professional and less like something I put together my self now.

Communication was really easy with both Justin and Lyra. We had some ongoing email threads where they would send me progress updates, get clarifications, answer my questions, and send me instructions. They both have easy-going and positives attitudes, and were always extremely thorough in answer my questions (often including explanatory videos to answer my questions, which were really helpful).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Justin and Lyra seem to really care about the project they're working on. When they started exploring the possibilities for optimizing my SEO, it felt like they were getting excited with me about the growth of my company. They worked tirelessly to find the tools for my website that were right for me. I really like that they always presented me with several options when deciding on different plugins and upgrades for my site.

Other developers might just present you with the first plugin they find that fits the bill, and I would have never even known that there were more options. But Justin and Lyra always presented me with several options, giving me more flexibility to chose based on my current and future website needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is my first time working on a project like this, so I'm not really sure what to compare it to, but overall I felt like anything I needed changed I could communicate directly with Justin and Lyra and they would make it happen.

My one suggestion would be to start a folder where they can store any of the instructional videos they send along the way, as it can be tedious to dig through email chains to find one specific video, and it would be helpful to have everything they've explained over video in one place as a reference tool.

I worked with HWYH for my very first blog website design. I didn't have any web design experience and was looking for someone to help me launch my brand and get my blog content out there. They also worked with me on improving my SEO to help increase my blog's reach.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with them for several years before this project and always trusted their skills. HWYH has a wide range of services, most importantly to me were their SEO and website services. They were an easy choice based off the quality and consistency of their past work.

An initial consultation was scheduled to determine my needs and how we could have the most effective relationship. I then went through an extensive process of outlining all of my inspiration and ideas for my website. This was to help determine the design direction and how exactly I wanted to use my website. I had previously provided them with content in which they helped me optimize for search.

Once I had outlined all of this with them, they took all this info and produced several different initial homepage concepts. I chose one and they built the rest of my website from there. Once they were done with the build, they gave me a full instructional guide on how to publish and upkeep my site. I've used this guide ever since to keep my site up-to-date and running smoothly.

Throughout the project, I worked with Justin and Lyra. Justin was my main point of contact throughout the project, answering any questions I had and clarifying anything about what was required of me. Lyra worked with me on all of the designing and building of the site.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their website design and SEO services were major game-changers for my writing career. Traffic to my site grew with this fresh, updated design, along with optimized blog posts. I now have started my own digital marketing business with their services being the foundation of my entrepreneurial ventures.

The workflow was extremely effective. Everything was made very clear and the entire process was documented throughout. They used a form that helped me work through all the design decisions I needed to make, asking for inspiration sites along the way.

They allowed for ample time for me to think about what I wanted, while also providing guidance along the way if I was ever stuck. I knew what was coming and when it was supposed to arrive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was so impressed with their quick communication and the quality of their work. They were able to create my site from the ground up in what felt like no time. The work was extremely high-quality and they were willing to make any edits or changes I felt I wanted as well. HWYH instills a sense of confidence that they'll take care of your needs...and then delivers on that promise!

I can't think of anything that could be done differently.

I hired Help With Your Hustle to design my logo and website, and for consultation on SEO services for my blog.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Help With Your Hustle based on their affordable pricing and impressive portfolio. I was also struck by the design of their website; since I was hiring them to complete design services for me, the pleasing aesthetics of their website gave me confidence that I would be in good hands with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We held an initial consultation to talk about the scope of work I wanted to get done. I them submitted an intake form to explain in detail exactly what I was looking for in my website and logo and provide example designs for inspiration.

From there, Lyra completed three design options for both the logo and website, which I was able to choose from. Once my preferred design was chosen, Lyra completed the final design. Justin provided me with a video tutorial which explained in detail how to manage and edit the site.

Everything was completed very quickly and turned out beautifully. For the SEO consultation, Justin and I had an initial video meeting to assess my goals for the website. From there he provided me with some tools to my own keyword research to look for content wth growth opportunities.

He also came up with an expansive list of keywords that were easy to rank for and fit within the content of my blog. I will be implementing his SEO game plan in the coming months and looks forward to watching my website grow!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I couldn't be happier with how my website and logo turned out. Both are so beautiful and make me really proud of my blog. Lyra's turnaround time is super fast and her process helps even un-artistic types like me come up with a creative vision, which they then execute flawlessly.

The SEO strategy Justin helped me with has yet to be implemented but I'm highly confident it will help me achieve my goals of increasing traffic to the site while providing content that's valuable for and appreciated by my readers.

Both Lyra and Justin have been excellent communicators every step of the way, and provided timely delivery of the services I hired them for. They used accessible tools like Zoom and email for meetings and provided timely delivery of design files via email. The whole process was very streamlined and professional. They delivered extremely high quality services and content in a very timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think what makes Help With Your Hustle most impressive and unique is the combination of design and SEO consulting services they offer. For content creators like me, they provided everything I needed to not only get up and running but also have a game plan for how to make money off of my passion. They really lived up to their name and helped me with my hustle big time!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No areas for improvement that I can think of. I'm very happy with their services!
