I’m the head of design of a 3D sound design company, and I’m mainly responsible for the website and the company’s marketing efforts.

What challenge were you trying to address with HECO?

We needed someone to provide us with web design and development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HECO primarily utilized Figma in the design of our website and used Webflow for its development.

Apart from that, they also provided us with copywriting and brand development, particularly creating our logo and color scheme.

We mainly interacted with a copywriter and technical web developer.

I came across HECO through the Webflow website.

We spent around $120,000.

We worked together from September 2020–March 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

HECO was a great team to work with in terms of copywriting, web design, and development. We were 100% satisfied with their work as they exceeded all our expectations.

How did HECO perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed excellently as they delivered their tasks on time and were able to make the changes that we required. While the project did go slightly over budget, I can’t necessarily fault them for that.

We typically communicated through phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What distinguishes them from other providers are their branding, copywriting, web design, and development services.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they need to improve on.
