I'm an administrator at Mindful Therapy Group. We provide comprehensive mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults through in-person and telehealth visits across six states, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions.

What challenge were you trying to address with HealthDesk IT?

We needed to improve our systems' security and fix Azure issues.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

HealthDesk IT was brought in to review and improve parts of our IT environment, with a strong focus on security and Azure-related issues. The scope included troubleshooting Azure problems, reviewing configuration issues, identifying weak points in our setup, and making improvements to help stabilize the environment. The work also included general systems support and practical recommendations to make our setup more secure, reliable, and easier to manage.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw improvement in system stability, especially around the Azure issues that had been affecting us. HealthDesk IT helped reduce recurring problems, improve parts of our security posture, and make the environment more dependable for day-to-day operations.

We didn't track it through a formal scorecard, but the improvement was clear in day-to-day operations. We had fewer recurring Azure-related issues, less disruption from the problems that had been affecting the environment, and a more stable overall setup after the changes were made. From a security standpoint, we also had better confidence in the configuration and fewer open concerns than before.

How did HealthDesk IT perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was solid and dependable. They were responsive, organized, and delivered what was needed in a timely manner. Overall, the work moved forward smoothly, and we felt they were reliable throughout the engagement.

We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were easy to work with, responsive, and focused on fixing the issues without making things complicated. What I liked most was that the work felt practical and useful, not just technical for the sake of it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing major comes to mind. Overall, the work went well, and they were responsive when issues came up.
