I am the CEO and a co-founder of Splint Invest, a mobile application that enables users to invest in alternative assets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Headstart Collective?

We hired them for their digital marketing services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Headstart Collective provides us with a range of digital marketing services. They’re mainly in charge of managing our ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. They also handle our email marketing efforts.

What is the team composition?

We work with two people from their side.

How did you come to work with Headstart Collective?

It was through a recommendation by another company based in Switzerland.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent 55,000 Swiss francs (approximately $58,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2022, and our engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s too early to share specific results, but we’re very happy with the project’s progress so far.

How did Headstart Collective perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve slightly gone over budget in July; nevertheless, they’ve generally done a good job of managing the project. We use Trello for project management and Slack for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their commitment and proactivity to understanding what we’re trying to accomplish.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

At the beginning of the project, we were struggling a little bit in understanding some of the marketing tools that they were using.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We recommend asking them for a proof of concept. Before we signed the project contract, we had asked them for a proof of concept, and they came up with a very nice solution for free.
