2022 Book keeping HCA needed to coordinate transactions from multiple sources into one, QuickBooks. They also provided statements which could then be delivered to our CPA.

HCA Consulting worked with our unique situation and delivered on time. They were very quick to respond and communicated well. We worked with maybe 3 to 4 team members on this project and all of them were focused on our needs and how best to meet them.

HCA Consulting is very quick to respond, communicate effectively, and did exactly what they said they would do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HCA Consulting Group could have done differently?

I really appreciated the education I received along the way. I think if working with small business owners is a goal or core demo, having a "how to work with us 101" or some other type of course that gets the uninitiated up to speed would be beneficial. This would save HCA time and the client time. That said, this is more of a nice to have than a need to have. Jordan and team handled all my questions adroitly and promptly.
