The project started with HBOX Digital understanding our business requirements and how our team works day to day. After that, they planned the software structure, designed the interface, developed the main features, tested everything, and helped us launch the final product. The main deliverables included a custom software platform, an easy-to-use dashboard, an admin panel, business management features, secure data handling, bug fixing, deployment support, and guidance after launch.

The software made a real difference in how we manage our work. Our team now spends less time on manual tasks and can find important information much faster. It has helped us stay more organized, reduce delays, and manage our daily operations more smoothly. Overall, it gave us a system that saves time and supports our business as we grow.

Their project management was very good. They kept us updated throughout the project and delivered the main milestones on time. The scope of work included understanding our app concept, planning the user journey, designing the app screens, developing the mobile app, adding step tracking functionality, and creating a simple onboarding experience for users. The key deliverables included a fully developed fitness app, smooth step tracking, personalized step goal guidance, clean and user friendly screens, simple onboarding, and a stable final version of the app that was ready for users.

The biggest outcome was that HBOX Digital successfully delivered the main features we needed. Users can track their daily steps, get personalized step recommendations, and use the app without any confusion. The final app looked polished, worked smoothly, and turned our original concept into something much more practical and engaging.

Their project management was smooth and professional. Communication was clear throughout the project, and they were easy to work with.
