Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Havenir has completed a couple of projects for us,:

• Repair Portal

In the past we had to manually create the repair document. After this project, the customer actually creates it by completing the steps. All fields are filled in on the repair document. Different scenarios had to be taken into account in order to do this successfully. They provided us with a lot of configuration options, so we can handle these scenarios as requested.

•  Repair workflow

We also wanted to minimize the administrative workload by centralizing, automating and simplifying the workflow. Havenir had to incorporate a configurable quality inspection, accessible stock management tool, configurable logic for the auto-creation of sales order and invoices, etc. on the Quotation DocType. 

• Sendcloud Integration

In order to offer our repair services to more customers, we had to give them the option to send their devices to us with a shipping label. This was added to the repair portal. We also had to be able to  check the shipment statuses in ERP Next. We didn't want to work in multiple systems. 

• Stripe Payment integration

For E-commerce and Shipping label repair requests, we also wanted to automate the payment. We didn't want to manually create a payment entry. By using Stripe, the payment is immediately processed in ERP Next. We also had to be able to configure whether or not the payment is mandatory. These requirements were fulfilled.

• E-Commerce (WordPress, WooCommerce)

WordPress isn't our main system. Therefore, we were not able to focus our attention on selling products online. An integration was necessary, the orders, products and stock had to be managed in ERP Next. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

More than 50% reduction in manual processes due to advanced automation.

Enhanced customer experience, with faster order processing and repair tracking.

Increased revenue potential through streamlined e-commerce operations.

Zero critical system failures post-go-live, ensuring business continuity.

The easier tasks were completed on time.

It's a bit more difficult to put a deadline on some of the larger projects. Usually, we were able to test the development on time, but some mandatory finetuning was requested.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

By making a genuine effort to understand our challenges and needs as a business, they always tried to provide us with a configurable solution. They don't say that anything is impossible, as they try fo find a way to fulfill our requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Havenir Solutions could have done differently?

They already made some improvements, e.g. we can check a test document. They added a timeline to their task.

Finetuning suggestions

• It might also be a good idea to include an automated status update, when asking for a customer's approval. This way, we can update the status without visiting their ticket portal.
