In the beginning, it was rough. Any relationship is rough for the first 1–3 months because we're trying to learn about each other's expectations. Sometimes, Hasdata  has missed deadlines because of our requirements, but that is how the cookie crumbles. We don't follow timelines since we measure their progress by scope. We work really hard together to ensure every sprint is scoped and expectations are realistic.
