I am the director of a web design and development studio based in London and Portugal.

I hired Harvest Moon to help find my brand voice for the copywriting on my website and email marketing. We discussed a strategy for email marketing. Through copywriting, Harvest Moon also worked on SEO for my website.

Through meeting Alanna prior to working together I know the extent of expertise she has so did not hesitate to hire her.

During the discovery phase, Alanna scoped out my brand vision, niche and business plan to write the copy for the new website. We then created an email marketing plan in line with this and also worked on the SEO on the new website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since working with Alanna, I now have a marketing strategy in place that is aligned with my business and gives us the best voice to shout about what we know. We have seen over 40% more engagement on the website since the email marketing campaigns.

Alanna has a very quick response time via email and mapped out our meeting schedule efficiently at the start of the project and stuck by this throughout.
